After the sweep around off I 70, just before the WheelingTunnels, you go down this ramp to start South on State Route 2. The B&O Railroad bridge ahead is now part of a truly magnificent bike path.

The Wheeling Tunnels' West Bound Enterance is just visible at the base of the hill.
